It was nice to tell you that the firewall feature launched last Friday. You can create firewall templates for pre-defined rule sets, which makes it easier to manage your cloud servers in bulk and apply firewall rules as soon as you create a new cloud server.

The Firewall is extremely unstable. It just suddenly disallows public login. Even worst, when I tried to amend the Firewall, it went into continuous "Updating." It has happened to me twice for the last three days, and the support has been working on it over hours, still unresolved.
